The position is a full-time role and requires a professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish to interact with international teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

• Oversee Accounts Payable, processing supplier invoices and ensuring on-time payments.

• Lead Accounts Receivable, generating invoices, managing collections, and maintaining accurate records.

• Handle banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and international payments.

• Administer BSP transactions, ensuring reconciliations and compliance.

• Support financial audits and prepare accurate statements and reports.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.

• Ensure strict compliance with local accounting and tax regulations (VAT, withholdings, reporting).

Requirements

• Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in accounting and financial processes.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. This is a mandatory requirement.

• Skills: Strong skills in reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving.

• Attributes: Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
