ASSOCIATE PEOPLE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
This role supports the People Operations team by ensuring a consistent and positive experience throughout the contractor management lifecycle. The position focuses on global operational support, serving as a key point of contact for contractors and managers, and ensuring accurate system onboarding. It is ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES PRINCIPALES
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor and manager inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Initiate and manage Workday transactions, including new hire data entry, updates, and document management.
Support contractor onboarding to ensure individuals are system-ready to perform assigned roles.
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc tasks related to the contractor lifecycle across multiple regions.
Create, update, and maintain internal knowledge management content.
Use data to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in HR Shared Services or as an HR Generalist.
HR Knowledge: Experience with contractor and temporary employment processes.
Systems: Workday experience is essential (advanced knowledge highly preferred).
Customer Service: Ability to manage high workload volumes while delivering exceptional service.
Skills: Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with employees, partner teams, and vendors.
