Requirements
Education: University degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
Postgraduate (Desirable): Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Hotel Management.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 8 years in management positions. Preferably in competitive tourist or urban destinations.
Specific Experience: Proven experience in international hotel chains, preferably American.
Languages: Bilingual (Spanish & English).
