We are looking for a Jr. Buyer to join a global team and support purchasing and sourcing processes to ensure the best pricing, supplier selection, and availability of materials and services. The Jr. Buyer will support purchasing activities and sourcing coordination, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate procurement information and ensure the availability of materials and services needed for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and execute buying strategies.

• Create purchase orders and manage supplier bids.

• Maintain accurate lead times, pricing, and order requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve sourcing issues or delays.

• Ensure supplier compliance with company policies and documentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and procurement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

• Fluent English and Spanish.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Highly organized with strong communication and teamwork skills.
