We are a rapidly growing US-based home services company specializing in nationwide janitorial cleaning, and we have recently established our new call center in Escazu. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Agents to capitalize on our excellent reputation and extensive database of prospects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.

• Fluent in English with C1 or C2 level proficiency (both written and spoken).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness and eagerness to learn our services and sales processes.

• A "hungry" attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients and sending service proposals.

• Diligently following up with prospects to close sales.

• Managing long-term relationships with customer accounts.

• Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
