As a SPECIALIST, IT PROCUREMENT — FIELD IT, you will be a key member of the Global Field IT Team, supporting operations across the Americas and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in IT procurement and hands-on expertise in managing contracts and recurring services. Your impact will be central to ensuring that IT purchases, vendor onboarding, and service-related payments are executed efficiently and in compliance with internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT procurement activities for the Americas and EMEA regions

• Coordinate RFQ and RFP processes in collaboration with Procurement and internal stakeholders

• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure completeness of documentation

• Manage vendor onboarding including documentation registration and system setup

• Act as the main point of contact between Field IT and vendors for operational coordination

• Track contract lifecycles including start/end dates renewals and notice periods

• Monitor recurring service payments and ensure alignment with agreed terms

• Support budget tracking spend monitoring and reporting activities

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes

• Assist with audit compliance and remediation activities related to procurement and vendor management

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT procurement or procure-to-pay processes

• Hands-on experience managing IT contracts vendors and recurring services

• Knowledge of RFQ and RFP processes for IT categories

• Experience working with regional or global teams Americas and EMEA preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills

• Advanced English proficiency written and verbal

• Strong Spanish proficiency written and verbal
