At our professional real estate and property management company, we specialize in luxury properties for an international clientele, focusing on high-end properties in exclusive neighborhoods. We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing and customer service?
This is not your typical administrative role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats. From marketing and event coordination to listing management and community engagement, you will play a key role in our day-to-day operations and brand presence at our new office in Panama City.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team.
Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms, including Encuentra24.
Assist with marketing efforts, including content creation and branding materials.
Support community management across social media channels.
Coordinate and help execute in-person and online events.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Maintain office organization.
Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and service providers.
Handle basic public relations and customer service tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative or marketing support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
Experience with social media, Canva, and CRM/listing platforms.
Comfortable managing events and interacting with clients.
A proactive, can-do attitude, and team-player mindset.
