Job Overview:
We are seeking a Banking Management Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting banking operations, facilitating account opening processes, and ensuring efficient client service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to communication and task management. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the team leader with banking transactions.
Attend to clients, provide guidance, and offer information throughout the account opening process.
Support administrative tasks while maintaining consistent and effective communication with clients, whether in person, by phone, or via email.
Collect and organize the necessary client information for successful account openings.
Track transactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and coordinate instructions to guarantee client requests are handled and resolved promptly.
Advise clients on the correct completion of documentation and forms.
Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
Send documents via courier or accompany clients to banks for document signing.
Schedule meetings with clients to explain banking procedures.
Update client information in shared cloud storage systems.
Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
Follow up on requests with different banks.
Perform additional tasks related to the role as assigned by your supervisor.
Candidate Profile:
Advanced computer proficiency.
Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Background in customer service, banking operations, transaction monitoring, or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a variety of tasks.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for client communication.
