The Customer Service Specialist role is focused on serving as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring the effective management of requests and coordination of specialized services. This position requires a customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail, capable of delivering consistent, high-quality service while maintaining discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for members, handling inquiries and service requests.
Coordinate and follow up on the delivery of specialized services to ensure quality standards.
Maintain clear and professional communication with members at all times.
Manage reservations and member information using designated systems.
Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all member-related matters.
Resolve issues efficiently and provide timely solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Technical Knowledge
Proficiency in reservation and member management systems.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new platforms.
