We are seeking a highly organized and efficient House Cleaning Specialist with a keen eye for detail to provide top-tier cleaning services. This role requires exceptional proficiency in both residential and commercial cleaning, along with the flexibility to adapt to varying schedules. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual, adept at managing their tasks independently while maintaining excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including hotels.

• Efficiently operate and utilize washing machines and dryers.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, working quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in hotel or commercial cleaning.

• Skills: Expert knowledge in cleaning techniques and the use of washing machines and dryers.

• Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Location: Must reside in the city center, specifically in Marbella, San Francisco, Calidonia, Paitilla, Cangrejo, or Panama Viejo.

• Mobile Device: Must possess a reliable cellular phone with a post-paid plan (not pre-paid) and be able to keep it on your person in a pouch constantly for immediate availability.

• Availability: Capable of working non-structured hours.

• Personal Circumstances: No dependents, children, or pets that would hinder work availability.

• Work Ethic: Ability to work fast and efficiently; not suitable for individuals prone to excessive cell phone use during work hours.

• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills with people, in both English and Spanish.

• Plus: Ability to ride a motorcycle or an electric stand-on unit is a plus (no fear of riding either).
