Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and be capable of identifying prospects and closing deals effectively. They must be highly organized and able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts. To drive continued revenue growth, this individual should be able to identify new client needs and deliver valuable solutions that enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities:
Grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with clients
Manage account operations by responding to customer inquiries, forecasting, coordinating services, and placing new product orders
Generate new leads and engage with existing ones to support business development
Attend trade shows and relevant industry conferences
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Strong understanding of the full sales process
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
