We are seeking a Test Lead with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, specifically focused on CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) testing and broadband. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our telecom products.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Testing team, guide the team on testing practices, and coordinate between Test Execution & Test Plan Design teams.
Involve in device testing activities, defect identification, and troubleshooting.
Experience in various Telecom Products – Networking (Routers & Switches), Access Networks (DLC/DSLAM/CMTS), CPE (Wi-Fi APs, RGs, STBs, CMs), and EMS/NMS, along with test equipment such as Spirent, Ixia, Ixveriwave, IxChariot, Wireshark, etc.
Perform Functional Testing of DOCSIS 3.0/3.1, Wi-Fi, and Telephony parts of access products.
Experience with VoIP, IPv4, IPv6, DHCPv4, DHCPv6 testing and provisioning of CPE, ONT, routers, and LAN performance.
Knowledge in routing and GPON network topology. Familiarity with access standards for both coaxial and fiber optics.
Understanding of SIP, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, and TR069 protocols; Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6 concepts, Docsis, DFS, and network configurations.
Working knowledge of CMTS configuration is desirable.
Experience with test case management, testing methodology, and tools.
Ideally, you should be familiar with end-to-end testing.
Responsible for the testing and validation of customer premises equipment (CPE) and backend systems affecting CPE.
The engineer will perform testing for CPE device certification, assist with field escalations, and create and maintain related documentation.

Work under pressure. Be proactive, with a desire to continually improve system solutions, documentation, and processes and procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
English (reading and writing); conversational English is a plus.
